Dragon Phoenix @ Temasek Club
TASTES OF HERITAGE SINCE 1963
Dragon Phoenix was Founded in 1963 by Master Chef Hooi Kok Wai, who contributed many iconic Singaporean dishes including Chilli Crab, Yam Basket and Yusheng. Since our early days at Maxwell Road (where Fairfield Methodist Church is today), the restaurant has earned a reputation among Cantonese food lovers. This menu is our effort to preserve classical Chinese cuisine as well as its local derivatives, many of which have become elusive and obscure to the younger generations. In reclaiming these flavours of the past, we take you on a trip down memory lane, and for those of you too young to remember, a voyage of gastronomic discovery.
